In the interest of our loyal readers and fans, Sneaky Sunday has found it necessary to again promote its party, this Friday, the Baboon Breeders Summer Ball. Not only will this party be at the hottest club in Atlanta, Opera, it will be hosted by the likes of Whynatte, Jagermeister (models included) and the Sneaky Sunday team.

DJ reality will be spinning all from 10 till who knows when. Print off the included flier to get yourself in for FREE before 11:30 PM. $5 Whynatte’s will litter the bar and the hottest people in the city will be out on the dance floor. $20 admission after 11:30, so get there early and get rowdy in support of Sneaky Sunday, Whynatte, and Jagermeister – even if you are only coming to see the beautiful women.

The first joint project will be a t-shirt design that will soon grace the chests of Sneaky fans worldwide. Stay tuned for the unveiling in the next couple weeks!

Sneaky Sunday’s View of the Culinaire Event at World of Coke

Sneaky Sunday ambassadors Tara Minnax and Sarah Steinmann accompanied Sneaky Sunday CMO Chris Tuff and his wife Julie to the Culinaire event. Highlights included the following:

-The barbeque sandwich with macaroni and cheese from Fox Bros. bar-b-q

-The mixed bean and mandarin salad with tamarind dressing from bhojanic

-The jalapeno-lime caramelized sea scallops with local grits by Mitra

-The sushi assortment by Thrive

But what better way to wash down all that wonderful food than throwing some frozen liquor down your throat? Yes… frozen shots, thanks to our friends at Bold American Catering.

How this worked was you picked your flavored liquor (in this case coconut rum).

With shot in hand, you would then bring it to one of the bartenders who proceed to pour the shot into a block of dry ice. They would then mix the liquor around with two spoons until frozen.

The end result is amazing! You will find this technique/drink at all future Sneaky Sunday parties.

Peter Manidis began a lengthy summer internship this morning. Though he originally felt that SneakySunday was more of an indentured servitude, due to his close family ties to Chief Marketing Officer, Chistopher Tuff, he quickly integrated himself into the playful office environment. While he worked on spreading the Sneaky name across the internet, he enjoyed the office food and drink, and even the house music. No, Sneaky Sunday does not have a house DJ, but comfortable music plays through the office (probably just to keep the interns from trying to sleep). Peter is a student at Savannah College of Art and Design – Atlanta, and is a sophomore by hours. While at Sneaky Sunday, Peter will focus on marketing and design work, as he learns in a real world environment about his major, Advertising Design. Look for him at Sneaky parties and around the office, but don’t interrupt him from his important work.

An addition to our Development Team

Today, SneakySunday hired another intern to contribute to the continued development of the site. Christiaan Mealey, a Web Design and Interactive Media student at the Art Institute, has joined the team to help out and study under Jason Williams, Chief Technology Officer. Flash, JavaScript and HTML will consume Christiaan’s summer as he improves the interactive design of SneakySunday.com approaches graduation from the Art Institute as one of the top students in his class.

On early July, SneakySunday.com will debut SneakySunday.TV, an online video destination full of short-form video commentaries shot on location at the best leisure spots in the top 19 U.S. markets (soon to grow to more than 100). With the launch of SneakySunday.TV, hipsters all across America will be sneaking around town…especially on school nights.

With hit producer Brian Hall, who has worked on The Real World and The Simple Life, the documentary-style videos have details on everything and anything you’re into, helping you decide where to go any night of the week. With more than 150 segments, host Meredith Ley takes viewers along as she travels across the country scoping out the scene and finding the best of the best in each city. Having worked with Fox News Channel’s Atlanta Bureau, the New York Post, and as a freelance investigative reporter, Meredith Ley came to Sneaky Sunday as a Senior Correspondent in the fall of 2007. Jazzoo and Tree Sound Studios

Norcross, GA – Yesterday, Sneaky Sunday visited Tree Sound Studios in the interest of Jazzoo Atlanta, a fundraiser to benefit the Atlanta Zoo. As the zoo begins a new fund-raising campaign, Jazzoo looks to kick it off with flair. Gene Rice, director of Jazzoo Atlanta, wanted to make this inaugural Atlanta event environmentally conscious, and Paul and Sunshine Diaz, of Tree Sound were more then willing to help. Tree Sound is the premier recording studio in the Southeast with an environmentally friendly location, and Tree Leaf Music is at the forefront of green technology and events thanks to determination of Paul and Sunshine. This year’s Jazzoo event will feature three live acts, more then 20 creative bars, and 30 local restaurants. Much goes into “greening” an event that will host 2,500 people at the zoo, but careful planning and the right mix of people will make this event the first ever Jazzoo Atlanta (a national zoo fundraiser) carbon-neutral. The even will take place on September 13, from 6:30 till 11, and tickets are $100. Creative black tie is the attire, so get a ticket and get crazy in support of Atlanta’s awesome zoo. The Best Intern…EVA

Sneaky’s newest intern, Brittany Hall joined two weeks ago and is Brian Hall’s younger and more attractive sister. She is a senior at Auburn University and majoring in marketing. A regular morning for Brittany includes walking into work with a large coffee and her bag of delicious almonds. Sometimes a little modest but a very hard worker! Watch out for the new Hall on the Sneaky team!!
